Why it's off the spectrum
Fascism is nearly as statist as communism — yet its goals are the opposite. It rejects class struggle for national unity, keeps private industry under state direction, and exalts hierarchy and the nation over equality. It breaks the left–right economic axis, so it sits off the spine entirely.
